A robust industrial-proven photometer has been specifically adapted to the TecTalis quality control parameter. By using this photometer, quality management standards and superior quality demands can be achieved and maintained easily.

The few quality-relevant parameters, which need to be controlled, contribute to the low complexity in operating the TecTalis. Even economical advances can be realized e.g. 1st run rates can be optimized and re-work can be minimized.

In cooperation with a leading photometer supplier a simple on-line method to check the active ingredients of TecTalis within  five minutes was developed. Tedious manual handling is omitted.
